ORDER OF WORSHIP
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Light A Candle: To the right of the stage is a table where you can light a candle and pray. The smoke rising is a symbolic representation of your prayer ascending to the heavens, into the very throne room of God. This access was made possible through Jesus, the Light of the world.
Write A Note: Next to the candles we have note cards and a box to put them in. Some may choose to light a candle and write their prayer on a note. Others may choose to pass on the candles and submit a prayer. In both cases, our staff will pray for your requests during the week.
Come to the Altar: You may have noticed the green pads surrounding the base of the stage. This is where you can come forward to be prayed for, to pray for someone, to respond to a call to repentance or salvation, or a number of other responses. The altar is always open.
While you don’t need to leave your seat to pray or respond to God’s prompting, many find it helpful to perform some sort of outward action to go along with God’s inward work, and to do so with others.

- COMMUNITY CONFESSION:
Merciful Lord, we confess that with us there is an abundance of sin, but in you there is the fullness of righteousness and abundance of mercy. We are spiritually poor, but you are rich and in Jesus Christ came to be merciful to the poor. Strengthen our faith and trust in you. We are empty vessels that need to be filled; fill us. We are weak in faith; strengthen us. We are cold in love; warm us, and make our hearts fervent for you that our love may go out to one another and to our neighbors. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. - ASSURANCE OF PARDON (Colossians 2:13-14)
