Jesus teaches us in Luke 6 that when a disciple is fully trained, they will be like their master. We long to become like Jesus, full of grace and truth. The Lord matures us in his image through mentoring relationships. FOL is committed to leadership development through mentoring relationships. Our mentoring model is both structural – regular small gatherings throughout the year – and personal. We believe that personal healing, ministry skills and Kingdom training is best achieved through mentoring relationships.
