  1. The Well, Hike: Join the women of FOL for a hike on Saturday, 5/18 at 7:30 am. Meet at the Home Depot Parking Lot 751 Spring St. Signal Hill 90755, and carpool to Temescal Canyon for a 3-mile hike. We will return to Long Beach around noon. Contact Gaby or Sylvia for info.

  2. Webster Carnival, Thursday, 5/30, 2:30 - 5:30. Help serve the parents, teachers, and students at Webster! We are looking for volunteers to help with games, food, and face painters! Contact Alice for info.

  3. Food Pantry: The Food Pantry team is looking for donations of hygiene items for men and women (especially socks, soap, and deodorant), protein and granola bars, and can openers. If you'd like to contribute, please make a donation to the Compassion Fund, or buy the items and bring them to church or to the Family Center. Please contact tim@folcov.org.
