We love the Word of God and enjoy studying it together. Life Groups (small group Bible studies) are starting up for Fall 2023. Groups meet in person, online, or a combo of both. Life Groups include fellowship and deep study in the Word of God. Some groups meet for dinner and others are on Zoom. This season, we are studying passages related to the sermon series called Thin Spaces: Encountering Glory. Learn more.

We meet in person at Stephens Middle School in West Long Beach. We also have a Zoom livestream (bit.ly/FOLWorship) at 10:00 am. What to Expect on Sundays.

The FOL Prayer Team is available to pray with you on Sundays or by appointment on other days. Please e-mail our team for more information.

There are many ways to serve at FOL. Here are a few options:

• Tutor K-12 students from local schools at the FOL Family Center and online.
• Join the Intercession Team or Prayer Team.
• Serve high school or middle school youth. 
• Become a CROSSwalk (Sunday school) teacher or helper.
• Help with our weekly food pantry. We have a weekly food pantry to provide food boxes and produce for our neighbors.  We serve more than 100 individuals and families per week.
• Serve on Sundays as a host, Sound Team, Sanctuary Team (set-up crew), Ambiance Team, Worship Team, or in many other ways!
