Alice Gonzales
Alice Gonzales serves children's minister.
Alice came to know Jesus at an early age and has many years of ministry experience, including as director of children's ministry at First Evangelical Church and as an elementary school teacher.
Shortly after they were married, Alice and her husband, Eddie, felt God lead them to move to Long Beach and become part of the team planting FOL. They now have four sons and their family continues to love being a part of what God is doing in West Long Beach.
In her spare time, Alice enjoys cooking, eating delicious food from a variety of cultures, and watching her boys play soccer and baseball.
Alice’s favorite verse is Ephesians 3:16-19:
"...according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."
